A new version of the Guidelines and Criteria for the Phase A Concept Study which is item 17 in the Discovery Program Library has been posted. Changes have been made to reflect the recently approved NPR 7120.5D. Change tracking is shown for easy identification of the changes. All full missions Phase A studies must be compliant with this new document which is titled 7120.5D Compliant Guidelines and Criteria for the Phase A Concept Study for Full Missions.

A new version of the Guidelines and Criteria for the Phase A Concept Study which is item 16 in the Discovery Program Library has been posted. Changes were made to reflect answers to Q&As. The changes to the document are: the date on the front page, the change in the Table of Contents page limits to 5, and a sentence has been added to Appendix L.1 to clarify when letters from the original proposal may be reused.
